Parties at Stanmore Golf Club

Stanmore has become a very popular venue for functions and events of all types. Members get preferential rates to book the club facilities as follows:

Monday-Thursday - No Room Hire - Minimum bar spend £500.

Friday-Sunday - £5/person discount off all our function packages (using our caterers) - min 60 guests.

Friday-Sunday - with outside caterer - £1,000 room hire payable (reduced from £1,500).

Divot Anchors

We have divot anchors available in the corridor outside the changing rooms. Please grab a handful before you go out to play and use these to secure your divots in place out on the course.

Reminder - Slips, Trips and Falls

There have been three incidents recently where members have slipped or tripped on the course. In the winter it is inevitable that the course will become slippery in places and summer golf shoes may not provide adequate grip. It is recommended to switch to metal spikes over the winter months. James and Alex can change your spikes for you.

Reminder - Tee-Bookings over Christmas

Please note that tee-bookings for the weekends over the Christmas period will still be done from 9.00am each Monday, as follows:

-From Monday 19th December - for Saturday 24th December (course closed Xmas Day 25th Dec).
-From Monday 26th December - for Saturday 31st December and Sunday 1st January.
-From Monday 2nd January - For Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th January.
